FarWest’s Yummy Lemon Rosemary Cookies

1 large lemon (for juice & zest)

1 box yellow  cake mix

3 oz. cream cheese,  1/3 c. oil
1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
2  small rosemary sprigs

Combine 1/2 lemon juice, cake mix, cream cheese & oil together.

Add a little lemon zest & all chopped rosemary to batter.

Form into small round balls, bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Glaze with powdered sugar & water icing . Makes 24 glorious cookies.
