• Do you deliver & plant?

    Yes we deliver and plant trees and shrubs 2G or larger. We deliver fountains, large pottery & bulk soil/mulch. We deliver to the Boise area, Eagle, Meridian, Middleton, Star & Nampa. Give us your zip code to confirm.

  • Are you open all year?

    Yes, FarWest is open all year, we are located at 5728 W State, Boise. We close Christmas Day til just after New Year’s Day so we can enjoy time with our families.

  • Do you sell gift cards and do they expire?

    Our gift cards are like cash, so keep it safe in your wallet. Gift cards do not expire.

  • What is your return policy?

    Receipt required. Bring the plant or hard good with tag on it, in the same condition as when purchased (saleable) condition in 3 days. Classes are returned as a gift card. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no returns.

  • Is your nursery ADA compliant?

    Yes, we have paved main pathways and we can take you to see trees & shrubs in a golf cart, if needed.

  • Do landscapers get a discount?

    Yes, on most items. Bring or email a copy of your current Idaho nursery license to FarWest. Landscape contractors will warranty all items they purchase from FarWest. Email us: create@farwestlandscape.net

  • What zone is the Treasure Valley?

    Zone 6.

  • What zone is McCall?

    Zone 3.

  • What is your warranty?

    90 day warranty on large shrubs & trees. When FarWest plants trees or shrubs 2G or larger, warranty is one year for equivalent amount paid. When Mykes mycorrhizae* is on the same receipt as tree or large shrub warranty is 5 years. *See in-store for details and exceptions. We do not warranty plants or install plants in common areas or HOA spaces. Items with a 30% or more discount do not have any warranty.

  • Can I special order?

    We can tag (sold) pre-paid shrubs, trees or fountains to be picked up in 3-7 days. Call us 208-853-4000 or email us create@farwestlandscape.net for an inventory check & we can let you know if we have an item or expect it during the planting season. We do not hold items with out payment. Fountains can be special ordered with pre-payment.

  • Can my dog come to the nursery?

    Yes, your dog must be on a leash at all times & please plan to pick up after he does his business, thank you! (The nursery dog you see here everyday is Ellie.)
